Following its funding round, Phacet needed a modern, high-performance website that could reflect its ambitions and clearly present its AI solutions to a diverse audience. The site needed to showcase the company's innovative technologies while providing a smooth and engaging user experience. Additionally, it was essential to comply with GDPR standards and have robust analytics tools to monitor site performance.

To successfully execute this project, we collaborated with the agency Klimb, which handled the design. Our role was to manage the full integration of the mock-up, adding essential technical features to ensure an optimal user experience.

‍Integration and compliance: we worked from the designs provided by Klimb to ensure a seamless integration on the final site, maintaining the modern and minimalist aesthetics created by the agency. We implemented a cookie management system to comply with GDPR regulations, ensuring that user preferences were respected while optimizing the management of analytical and marketing scripts.‍
‍Analytics tools and monitoring: Phacet wanted to accurately track site performance and understand visitor behavior. To meet this need, we integrated various analytics tools, allowing Phacet’s marketing team to monitor key interactions and optimize their strategy accordingly. These integrations also ensured data collection remained compliant with privacy standards.‍
Animations and dynamism: to make the site more engaging and reflect Phacet's technological and innovative nature, we developed subtle animations that enhance navigation. These animations were carefully designed to avoid distraction and instead draw attention to essential information, guiding users through different sections of the site.

How long does it take to build a Webflow website?

It depends on the package you choose. Launch is delivered in 2 weeks, Business and Expend in 4 weeks. These timelines assume you provide your content (copy, images, logos) and feedback within reasonable timeframes. We confirm the exact delivery date during the kickoff meeting based on your specific needs.

Who will be working on my project?

Your project is handled by our in-house team based between Paris and Barcelona. Maxime manages strategy, consulting and project management. Roland handles Webflow development and technical SEO. A dedicated designer joins depending on the project. We never outsource abroad: everything is done in-house to ensure quality and responsiveness. You have a direct point of contact throughout the project.

Do you handle website maintenance after launch?

Yes. All our packages include 30 to 60 days of post-launch support, depending on the package. After that, you have three options: manage updates yourself (we train you to be fully autonomous), subscribe to our Growth package for continuous support with monthly iterations starting at €2,900/month, or request ad-hoc interventions billed per day. We don't disappear after delivery, we remain available whenever you need us.

These two no-code platforms allow us to deliver robust and scalable solutions quickly, adapted to a wide range of needs. What is on-page SEO?

On-page SEO refers to the technical optimization of your site for search engines. This includes title tags, meta descriptions, heading structure (H1, H2, H3), clean URLs, loading speed, schema.org markup, and many other elements. We configure all this from the start so Google properly understands and ranks your pages. You don't have to worry about it afterwards.

Can I pay in installments?

Yes. For Launch, payment is split in 2: 50% at project kickoff and 50% on delivery. For Business and Expend, payment is split in 3: a first part at kickoff, a second part at an intermediate milestone defined upfront (often mid-project, when mockups are validated), and the final part on delivery. For the Growth package, billing is monthly, in a single payment per month.

Is there a limit to design iterations?

No, there's no limit. During the design validation phase, we iterate as many times as needed until the mockups perfectly match your needs. What matters to us is that you're fully satisfied before moving to development. This phase is collaborative, and communication is essential.

Is there a commitment period for the Growth offer?

No long-term commitment. The Growth package works month-to-month, cancellable anytime with one month's notice. This notice period is bilateral: we can also end the collaboration if the project no longer matches our standards or values. This flexibility guarantees a healthy and productive relationship on both sides.
